The color of the side board had sections of white pained added I’m assuming to add a distressed look. However it caused it to look like a production piece versus a period piece. Beautiful piece. Looks expensive for being cheap. The instructions were very clear and everything packaged great. However, getting the doors aligned is almost impossible. It drove us crazy. We had to settle with it being a little off. That’s why we couldn’t give it 5 stars. Also, the hardware is a bronze that looks almost black. Not gold like the picture Wayfair shows.. Jennifer. Beautiful piece of furniture! Its really hard to find quality solid wood furniture thats affordable now-a-days, but this buffet,and its matching table, fit the bill! Its a heavy piece completely crafted from reclaimed pine and has a nice distressed finish with a protective wax coat. This piece looks great in any classic or modern farmhouse layout! Received this very quickly and in good condition. Well packed. We set out all the parts and the bags of hardware and proceeded in an organized fashion. One board was mis-labeled but not a problem to figure that out. Had no trouble with the screws or any hardware. Took 3 hours to assemble with 3 leisurely breaks. Having 2 people to work on this definitely makes it go easier. It does look nicer finished than you think it will as you are assembling it. One complaint worth noting: the back has a finished panel that is applied with 32 black self tapping screws AND a wide strip of black tape across the length apparently holding 2 panels together. That tape is supposed to face out. This is not a finished back to my mind, and it doesn't look good. We flipped the back panel top to bottom and put the black tape side to the inside where you really can't see it. However, the black screws aren't super attractive. Also, the back edge of the top board isn't finished either so you see raw particle board. That could be covered pretty easily, but it also could be finished. Either way, we bought this to use as a room divider and the back isn't very pretty, FYI. We left the single door off for open shelves and plan to replace the shelves with glass eventually. 2nd pic shows the black tape and 3rd shows the black screws and unfinished top edge.. Diana. The sideboard was delivered quickly after our initial order! Arrived completely built, very well packaged. Its a heavy piece with a washed gray concrete top. The wood is a beautiful driftwood gray. Handles are a dark gray metal. The 3 drawers allow for extra compartment storage,while the shelves behind the 4 doors are not confined by walls. This sideboard offers versatile storage along with a traditional look. Crafted from kiln-dried engineered wood in a neutral hue that highlights the natural grain variation, it stands on low bracket legs. The 3 drawers rest on metal slides for easy operation, while the 3 cabinets below have shelves (2 side shelves are adjustable, and 1 middle shelf is fixed). We love all the versatile storage available for everything from serving pieces and platters to table linens and utensils. Make good use of the top with small appliances, or use it as a coffee and dessert station when you are entertaining a crowd. Full assembly is required.

Lots of pieces came knicked or broken. The interior stationary shelf was broken (pics are attached) but I tried to glue it and make it work anyway. Once it was put together, it was not very sturdy, and I’m worried it won’t hold a tv on top which is what we got it for. I don’t feel it was worth the price. Plus, this credenza has plenty of room on the surface for accent pieces and a coffee maker.

Looks exactly as pictured, great height for a coffee station. Super fast delivery. The only issue I had was the directions are a bit confusing. Once you get to Step 3, it tells you that you need part 5 and part 5. Well there’s only one 5 Lol there are some errors in the instruction manual. Definitely take your time and if you’re questioning the accuracy of the instructions that don’t make sense, think it through! I love the finished product though.. Melissa.
