The mattress came in the original box and packaging but it looked like it has been returned and they just slap a new address and sent it to me. The mattress itself is so firm. My daughter is not so happy about it. She said its not comfy so I tried a couple of times and sleep with her and I have to agree with her. Now Im planning to get her a memory foam topper so she would stay in her bed all night.

WHEN THE MATTRESS ARRIVED IN SUCH A LITTLE BOX WE DIDN'T EXPECT IT WOULD BE ANY GOOD-ALMOST DIDN'T OPEN IT. WE'RE USING IT ON A POP-UP TRUNDLE AND IT'S GREAT. IT HAS JUST THE RIGHT FIRMNESS AND EVERYONE THAT HAS SLEPT ON IT COMMENTED ON WHAT A WONDERFUL NIGHT'S SLEEP THEY HAD.

We purchased this mattress to use on a guest platform bed. For the price, we have a great mattress! It seems to be holding up just fine (we've had someone sleeping on it frequently), but anyone who is already familiar with visco foam mattresses (tempur pedic and the like) should note that this is a much firmer mattress in its feel - it doesn't "give" as much when one is lying on it. However, the price is fantastic and for the price we were very pleasantly surprised with its quality. We saved a lot of money to get a mattress that is fine for a guest bed!

This mattress was purchased for our 6yo grand daughter for use on the Berg loft bed. While it meets state standards in that it is only 4" thick and leaves room for the bed rail to do its job, the lack of thickness offers little to no cushion for comfort. I guess that if you don't have to please any state agency, (i.e. foster parenting), I'd recommend purchasing a thicker mattress. For the price [$] it is serving its purpose. We'll definitely have to buy something more thick and comfortable when she is older. Bottom line - for the price it'll suffice.

We bought these for my son's bunkbed. I'm used to sleeping on a plush mattress so these seem really firm to me. He doesn't seem to mind though. Overall, it is a good mattress for a bunk bed.

I was worried when this bed came rolled up in a box but it popped right into shape. It is firm and comfortable. My 4 year old loves it. It is actually more comfortable than my much more expensive bed.

Okay enough, if you have the right pillows for your neck, but very hard for my taste. It will take some getting used to. That being said, for the price, it's not that bad. I'm a college student, so it's hard to beat that. I often sleep in my boyfriend's bed, which is quite comfy, but if I had to sleep on this every night, I'd definitely have to buy some foam pad or something to soften it...

Average delivery time, a little longer than estimated... actually, they just left it on my "doorstep" which is pretty much just a hallway in my apartment building. I don't know why, but it's a miracle no one walking buy took it (I don't live in a very good neighborhood). So that was... weird/very risky. But I got it, so that's what matters...

My 5 year old son has been using this mattress as a primary bed and has not complained about it being uncomfortable at all. For what it cost, you will receive a great product.
