Linon Crescent Short Back Storage Bench - 84001WAL-01-KD-U

I am a research queen(researched a storage bench for photo albums for weeks) & finally decided this was within budget, looked great & was functional. It is pretty great. The color is a bit more orange wood color than the website shows. Hubby put it together in a short time & it is a fantastic quality. I am NOT into cheap, wobbly, temporary furniture, & this is in my new living room, where all guests will enjoy. the capacity is huge inside the bench & dual purpose furniture is the absolute best way to go in this age of too much stuff & nowhere to put it! I am ordering a 2nd one to put other photos & mementos away since I dont have much furniture to put things on & like the clean uncluttered look... besides, more seating is always good. It is handsome & you dont have to pay a hefty price for something good!

Did a lot of research before deciding to purchase this bench from Wayfair. No regrets. Shipped quickly and free, no probs. at all with assembly. A quality piece of furniture.

We purchased this bench for our mudroom. We needed a bench to sit down on just to put on or take off shoes and we wanted a little storage to help us contain all the *STUFF* that gathers in the mudroom. It wasn't too hard to put together (my husband did it himself) and it seems like it will be sturdy enough for the intended purpose (we've only used it a couple of weeks so far). We love having the storage and it looks great too. The short back allows us to put it under the windows, which is just what we wanted. Some said that it was darker in color than expected, but we found it to be very true to the color on the internet. Perhaps that's something Wayfair worked on. Overall, we're very happy with our purchase and have no complaints!

Arrived on time and in good condition.

I do love our storage bench, works great in our living room for our daughters toys and looks classy. The instructions are a bit strange in the order it tells you to put it together. But the only true complaint I have is the varnish/stain smell on it when I opened the box and put it together. I actually had to air out my house for a few days before I no longer got a headache. But the bench was worth it :)

I have really enjoyed my storage bench so far. It fit in perfectly with the decor in the rest of my home. The color is perfect and the assembly was pretty easy. A few parts required two people but mostly it was a one person assembly. It is very sturdy and seems to be of good quality. I've gotten so many compliments on it.

Came to me fast and packaged very good. Easy to put together did it myself but just a fyi when u put the spring bracket on do the wall side first and then the bottom of the seat that part is what took me the longest. Looks beautiful in my kitchen

The bench is nice-looking and serves the purpose we intended it to (keeping the kids' shoe clutter off the floor at our front door). Unfortunately, the anti-slam hinges are too sticky/tight and actually caused the screws which hold them in place to pull out which damaged the wood inside. My husband is still working on a fix for this problem, and we may just decide to take them off.

The only problem I have with this is the bottom of it is not sturdy at all. I would give it 5 stars if the bottom was stronger. I am afraid to put too much weight on it. Other than that it was easy to put together and looks great. Love the fact it came so quickly, that is why I shop at Wayfair!

I was disappointed in the height and thought there would be more storage area. The most disappointing thing was that the exact same item was in a store 10 miles from my home for [$] less.
