Lighting Shades

The elasticized shade for my outdoor lamp deteriorated in the laundry and I couldn't find a replacement and didn't know the lamp manufacurer. The Wayfair rep contacted Patio Living Concepts which offered to custom craft a new one to fit my lamp frame's unusual measurements. The PLC rep even called me to verify measurements and included a note with the package (all within a week, btw) saying to let her know if there were any problems.
