For Christmas I had the electrical company install electricity on the side of the house and they installed this light to illuminate husband's bbq area. He has 2 smokers and one grill here. In winter it's dark by 430. He has been using a flashlight for years. Now he flips a switch and enjoys directional lighting. The photo shows the grounding pin being away from the cover hinge, which is what most US customers would want. The item I received, in contrast, had the grounding pin next to the hinge. Annoying since that's one reason I chose the item from Wayfair instead of from a competitor. It CAN be fixed, though. Remove the foam weather seal from the back. Use a screwdriver to press inward *hard* on the metal tabs that hold the plug into the cover. Do one at a time while pushing in on the plug, and you can remove it, flip it over, and snap it back in.
