Bought this kit as a convenience. You can probably purchase the parts individually cheaper from other manufacturers if you want to spend the time and shipping costs. The intake fittings are too small to cover the openings left by my original bathroom fans. This required additional framing, drywall, mudding and painting as the grill did not hide the repair. A larger grill is available at extra cost. The items included are all good quality and installed easily once the initial prep was completed. Overall, happy with the quality, not the design or cost..
