Nice looking cross arm pole.. Powder coat quality isn't so great(scratches easily) but in my experience most powder coats are not much better than spray paint so it's not really a negative. DULL black finish so if it does get a scratch you can easily touch it up. Visually,it's the best mid priced cross arm pole on the market.
