I bought these for a condo I live in where fans were already installed without light kits. I bought 2 of these, the first one took about 20 minutes to install and the 2nd took about 10 minutes. Install is pretty straight forward, just plug in the connector, 2 wire nuts, stuff all of the wire inside and put it back up. The light kit works good and looks pretty nice as well.
