Lifesmart Wall Hanging Infrared 1000 Square Foot Infrared Fireplace - LS-EF450

Fireplace is very nice, a little loud when the heater is on but that makes sense because of the blower motor. I have read other reviews where the remote control did not work even after returning the remote for another one. My remote did not work either but all you have to do is pull the metal contacts out further so they make better contact with the batteries and it works great now.

This heater works really well. It looks exactly like the picture. The remote doesn't work at all, but other than that, we are very happy with this heater.

I would have given this fireplace 5 stars, but I could never get the remote to work. So I have to manually turn it on and off. I love the glowing flames at night and it keeps my bedroom warm.

Cheaper than other products. Actual look same as the photo shown. Just three things to point out: 1) It makes a noise when it is on which is bearable. With music played on, you can't notice too much. Whether it's 750w or 1500w, you hear the "boom" sound. 2) I would have to see how this month electricity bill come out to see if it is really energy-efficient. 3) This one comes with a top vent, not a bottom vent. I bought this to warm up the floor as the room is high-ceilinged. As the vent is on the top of it, hot air doesn't heat the bottom first. These are the only things I'd like to point out. Other than that, it is a good buy. I don't regret. It does heat up the room very quickly.

This heater really pumps out the heat. It does a great job of heating my master bedroom. My only complaints It doesnt have the credit card style remote that it was advertised as having. My remote doesnt even work at all. The warranty is only 1 year NOT 2 years as was advertised.

Delivery was excellentfast. The discount I received for the shortened warrantee and remote control wasnt comparable to the loss of 1 year warranty and the loss of the remote control.

I would give this item a five star review but we never got the right remote from either Wayfair or LifeSmart. Otherwise this item is perfect. Looks real and the heat it produces is awesome! Well worth the 300 we paid.
