"Dear Chris, this hot tub needs 110V wiring on a 15 amp circuit. Also, the spa needs to be on a dedicated circuit because of the electric draw it will take especially on start up. Hope this helps."

"Hi Kristen. The heating system used on this jet spa is thermal friction. It features Eco thermo plastic, and full foam insulation for maximum efficiency and minimal heat loss. This is the best method of insulation available today. The water temperatures should be between 100 degrees F and 104 degrees F. If it exceeds 104 degrees F it is not considered safe."

"Hi Kelly. You would likely want to treat the tile floor with some type of mildew inhibitor to prevent any from forming. The owner's manual states that a good foundation requires that it drains water away from the hot tub and you'd need to ensure that the enclosed porch will support the weight of the hot tub. It is strongly recommended that you have a licensed contractor inspect the location where you plan to install the hot tub."

I received my Spa during mid March but waited until mid April to set it up until the weather became a bit warmer. Start-up and Spa Maintenance is simple and straight forward. This a quality, well built product It's easy to see that the manufacturer paid much attention to detail and workmanship. I am very pleased with my Spa, honestly, it is very similar to an upscale model Spa I considered buying locally for more than twice the price. I am no stranger to Spa ownership, for the last 8 years I owned a portable hot tub that packs up into two boxes at the end of the season. The Spa in the Box functioned adequately, but Lifesmart Spa is the "real deal" for about twice the price of the Spa in the box. People at Wayfair very friendly and helpful. Can't say as much for manufacturer's tech support guy when I had a few questions. He told me I was over thinking things and the instructions were written in Japan... Not too helpful for a first time owner trying to figure out how to use chemicals and also trying to put together a cover mount bought as an accessory. All in all I'm very happy. There are enought jets, there is a light, and a little water fall. It is great for a couple. The construction is comparable to any bigger and more expensive hot tub I have owned. It was easy to move it in to our backyard and on to our deck...and the best part is you simply plug it in. We love it. Service Review It arrived undamaged and in a short amount of time.
