Works well for cost

Arrived in a timely manner, and was easy to set up. I did not realize that it's almost flat across the bottom with a tiny ledge to differentiate the bottom from the seats, but it is still really nice to not have definitive seating. It takes a while for it to heat than a more powerful hot tub (especially during cooler weather, ie, I have to plan ahead by turning it to 104°F from 100°F the morning of the evenings we want to use it); however, it is still a nice hot tub for the price you are paying. I would buy it again, even if I knew what I learned now.

This spa is exactly what we had hoped for! Very easy to set up and it works great on our small screened-in porch. Fast delivery and packaged well. We love it!

The main reason I bought this was because the great customer service I got from phone sales support and the price was unbeatable!
Great Plug and Play Spa

The spa has been great for us first time buyers. After reading through previous reviews, it is just what we expected. The water temperature does cool down faster when it is colder outside but that has not been a problem for us. Set up and care has been easy. I would highly recommend this product.

Love this spa. Easy to set up & works great. Glad I purchased it.. The length of the cord was 11 ft. And has a GFI built into plug. I set it up using bromine. Not as harsh on your skin as chlorine.
My wife and I love this

Spa or warm bathtub?

The biggest drawback is that it doesn't come with a manual, nor with any instructions rather than a sheet that says not to plug it in a circuit shared with other appliance. But then nothing about how it works, or how to open the back panel and grab the power cord, nor how you are supposed to maintain it. OK, it's not rocket science because you have 4 buttons, but the filter was loose and it doesn't say how you are supposed to put it or any cleaning suggestions nor maintenance guidelines. Yes, it's a true plug and play. But the worst part is that you go to their website and they don't have manuals, and what makes things even worst is that in the FAQ section the answers couldn't be more generic, like in some models the light will blink but in other it won't....OK, but what about my model should it blink or not????
Fantastic package for the price!

This spa beats the Oval II and the Duet models I've previously owned. The Luna has better features and comfort for less $. I'm quite pleased with the purchase. You won't find a better value.
Risk That Paid Off!

I was very happy with the time it took to deliver my spa and the spa itself. The spa is truly pleasant and we have enjoyed it very much. At the most recent party 4 people fit in it, no problem, albeit all were fit. ) The measurements read that it's 66 inches wide and at the top it is but I needed it to fit in a 65 inch space. The spa tapers down slightly to where it makes the bottom 65 inches! Exactly what I needed! It was a risk I'm glad I took!

We love, love, love the hot tub. At first my husband was very unsure that he could fit into this hot tub because he is 6'3 and when he got into it and reclined, all the unsureness disappeared along with all his stress. I recommend the tub to anyone. It's great.
