This LifeSmart Spa uses a screw in filter cartridge that is easily removed. Every two weeks, the filter cartridge must be cleaned to remove the objects and particles that have lodged in the cartridge pleats. This spa features a filtration cycle/spa water maintenance. It may be necessary to replace the hot tub's water every 3 to 6 months. The frequency depends on a number of variables including the frequency of use, number of users, attention paid to water quality maintenance, if equipped with an ozone unit, etc."Anthony from Wayfair

Really Nice Little Spa! We ordered this and also the extra kit with the light, steps, ozone maker and extra filter. It was delivered very nicely to us. We set it up and filled it, and it is just perfect! The nights have been a bit chilly and the spa cover really does a good job of keeping in the heat. Now, all I have to do is keep my neighbors out of it. HAPPY! |

LUV, LUV, LUV THIS HOT TUB!!! This spa has been FANTASTIC for my fibromyalgia and my husband's arthritis! We received it January 2013. It was easy to set up, fill and plug in. We also added the ozonator, lights and steps but we often just step over. We have used the spa daily since set-up sometimes twice a day. We live in Illinois so yes, we've been in it with the snow coming down but the temperature of the tub does such a great job it is fine. I like the spa's compactness- it is the perfect size for two people. We once had four people in it... won't do that again. The construction of the tub is very nice and I really like the stone finish. It comes with a cover which was damaged during shipping. Wayfair immediatley replaced the cover and provided great customer service each time that I made a contact. Wayfair also provided free shipping to our drive way, which was a nice savings. I highly recommend both this hot tub and the Wayfair company!! In fact, I am heading out for a soak as soon as I finish this review. |

happy!! it is the best, had a bigger one before this is the best, deep seats allows water to neck level, a pluss, not big and bulkey with the same affects. we are thinking of getting another one for outside summer use. We put this one in our family room, ourselves and our grandkids love it. I would recomend this model over the heavey oversized models. |

On 2nd thought... I spoke too soon with my great review. After 9 months, I need service. The pump is acting up. Was told by manufacturer that Pool Mart, in my area services the tub. Not so. They only service what they sell, not tubs bought on line. Found a guy, that Ill have to pay for two visits. First to come out and look. I then have to contact manufacturer to get parts. Then the service guy can come back to install, and hope everything works. He doesnt sound convinced that he can even diagnose it. This will take days to weeks. Think hard about buying something on line that will need service. |
