Great Spa! This is a great spa especially for the money! Get the ozonator because that reduces any chemicals you will need without one. It's about $200 more but saves you a lot of money in the long run, especially your health. The ozonator actually sterilizes the spa. The spa is considered a 3-4 person spa. Yes, 4 people can have the most absolute fun! If you like to lay out in it, 2 people max. The jets can be more powerful but they are enough for me...and I like very hard pulses. The look of the spa sold me- I love it Grecian and that's the way it is...not the old fashioned wood look! I highly recommend it! |

Good size...perfect for my needs! It is a perfect size and shape for my deck. Fewer jets than most but for a portable tub it has nice power. Max heat is104. But, once you turn on the jets, things do cool down. We get about 30 minutes of use before it cools down to about 101...leave the jets off or only in your spot (you can spin the dial on the jet heads) and you get more time at a higher temp. I am very happy with the plug and play...took about 36 hours to heat up. Super easy! :) |

helps with my pain i have fibromyalgia and discovered that being in a hot tub really helps. taking a warm bath didnt do anything because youve got no room to relax.sitting in my parents hot tub was great, problem was getting dressed and driving home i would loose that good feeling. i bought the lifesmart spa because of all the great reviews and its 110 volt, plug and play.my friend and i put it in place, filled it with water and plugged it in. the next day i was ahhhhhh.i went ahead and bought the spa pack(steps, ozone, filter and led). my main worry was thermal heating and jet pressure, they work great.chemicals, i took a sample of my water to the local pool dealer and they gave me complete instructions on how to keep it perfect! why didnt i do this earlier? happy in san antonio!! |

Luna Rock Spa Rocks!! We bought this spa after a year of looking and analyzing what kind of spa would work for us. We have had this spa for three weeks now and use it 2-3 times per day. I suffer with fibromyalgia and miagranes, my husband has arthritis in the lower back. This spa is half the cost of the acrylic showroom spa and works just as well. We get great relief when we use it. The variety of jets is wonderful. The quality is more than we expected for the price. It is truly plug n play. The manual it comes with could be better. We suggest the pdf manual Wayfair provides online...very informative. I saved it to my desktop for later reference. |

great tub OK for the price this is a great tub. Pros easy set up I ran a 20 amp 120v line for it. It comes with a GFCI in the plug but put in one for the receptical fallow code. We put in a 2-4" concreat pad for it to rest on, on the side of our house and built a lattice privacy screen. Ours is outdoors but will close it in for the winter. Con Took 48 hrs to bring temp up to 104 water started at 50 deg outside temps the same. Rises 1 to 1.5 deg per hour. This has no heater only heat from the pump. Temp drops about 2 degs per hour when using it in cool weather. Once its up to temp it only kicks on 4 hrs or so a Day. Open all of the jets when heating this makes for more heat and cover must be on. If you want to soke all day the temp will drop 10 deg in a 3 or 4 hour period but outside temp will make a differance as to how much. Shutting the waterfall off keeps it form droping as fast. If to hot turn on the waterfall to cool. The light has a bunch of settings. I could not ask for a better Tub. Big enough for 3 adults you could get 4 kids or small people in it im 6'6". Works best with 2 for tons of room. You sit way down but not a problem for me. Will no more by this winter. Oh yah two of us moved the tub by hand when it came. Think two construction guys to move it. I belive you could cut in a propaine heater into the water system to keep temps up in cold weathe for about 700.00 but we are closing it in to a heated room before winter. Needs about 3/4 TBS Clorine per day. Get a spa kit for chemicals. I love this tub!!! So do the kids |

We love this spa! This is a great spa for a smaller spa. It was delivered days before expected (which was nice) and very simple to set up. Since it's a 110 volt it does take a little longer to heat up and doesn't heat while the jets are on but that's not a problem. It stays plenty hot, even after hours of use. And what's great is there is no construction to worry about or electrical work to worry about. We waited years to get a spa and are very happy with this one. |

Nice tub I was looking for a tub that wouldnt break the bank and found one in the Luna Rock. The jets are surprisingly powerfull. Although it is "pug and play" the insructions specify it run on a dedicated 15 amp circut which we installed. It will arive on a pallet on its side. We found the best way to move it was to simply roll it off the pallet and roll to where you want it. 250 gal. fills in no time and heats to 104 in about a day. I would prefere a couple more degrees but aperantly you can not purchase a tub these days that exceeds 104. I went to the local pool supply with a sample of my water and they set me up with the proper chemicals to start and mantain. We are enjoying this tub every day and would definatly recomend |

Wow! We love our new spa. We purchased it in mid-February, received it in early March, and had it set up and ready to use within 48 hours. We were concerned that all of the great reviews were too good to be true. After using our spa for over a month we are completely happy with it. The spa fits perfectly on our back deck, and we have used it more than we thought we would. Four normal sized adults could fit comfortably in this spa. We were nervous about buying such a large investment, but it was well worth the price. Our only regret is that we didn't buy this spa sooner. |

love it Easy to install. Plug and Play. Bigger than what we thought. Takes awhile to heat up, but we love it. We have it out on our deck overlooking the gulf. Took 5 people to carry it upstairs. The quailty is good. |

great tub for the price We are very happy with our purchase. It does cool down a bit after 15 minutes, but we live in oregon where it does not get very cold so it is fine. Also, the cover was damaged, but Wayfair was very quick to respond and sent us a new one right away. Their customer service was very customer friendly. We were worried to make such a big purchase on their website, but now we know that they stand by their products. Thanks Wayfair! |
