When I moved to Colorado last year I ordered this hot tub for my son who has chronic back pain problems to the point that he is house bound. The tub arrived and I paid the truck driver to help me roll it to my back yard. NOT an easy task for 2 people. The set-up was easy and the tub operated beautifully until November came and the ambient temperature in the evening (when we use the tub) was around 60F. The tub could not maintain the 104F and after 15 minutes the temp would continuously drop until it would be too cool to stay in. Seeing as my son needed this as daily therapy this was an untenable situation.

I was looking for a spa that I could easily maintain and not have to install extra plumbing or electrical. I have a medical need for my neck and back, and this spa helps with ALL of it! Quick delivery by a GREAT delivery company. I did pay for the extra shipping charge that some people complain about but the company that delivered it definitely deserved it! The Spa came wrapped super well to avoid dings or bumps during transit and arrived in perfect condition. I filled it up and literally plugged it in and turned it on. It was super easy and super great! It took about 2 hours to fill up and about 4 hours to heat up to 100 degrees. The jets aren't ridiculously powerful but powerful enough to feel great and relieve muscle spasms and strains. Has 5 different seat positions and they ALL feel great. Plugged right in to the wall outside and have no problems using it. I do suggest using the recommended chemicals that are usually required to maintain a spa though. After a week of initial usage with no chemicals, the water turned green and murky and smelled like a fishbowl. After draining, refilling and using chemicals to maintain, I've had a crystal clear spa for a month now!! LOVE THIS SPA

This is our first hot tub. After looking around for a plug and play found this one on Wayfair for a really good deal. It arrived as promised, however, we paid $50 for the tailgate service and I guess I expected more. My husband had to do a lot of the lifting and I really don't know how it would have made it off the truck if he wasn't around. That said, it truly is plug and play. The only "issue" we had is that the lights were not working, but a quick look behind the panel showed a simple plug in connection and the lights were fixed. The hot tub is plenty deep even for those over 6 foot tall and very roomy. We have had 6 adults in at one time with no complaints. There are 3 deep seats, a medium seat and a large bench type seat that is for cooling off. There is a seat that can be used as a lounger. Many of the jets are adjustable and plenty strong. There are 6 different cup holders. The cover seems very sturdy and the water heated up from 70 degrees to 100 in about 12 hours on an average early June day. The chemicals were a learning curve. The manufacturer recommends chlorine and not bromine. We have been using an iced tea scoop - filling it about 1/3 full of chlorine about once every 2 days. We did order a second filter so that we can dry and clean one while we use the other one. So far it's been perfect. Hope this is only the beginning of a long, happy hot tub.

The spa was delivered via a regular trucking service and I paid extra for inside delivery but there was only one driver, so myself and a friend had to get the tub in our house. I converted the spa to 220V and hardwired it. I had to order the GFCI online for ~$100 and the disconnect box was about $30. It was easy to convert, however if you are not familiar with wiring, I would hire an electrician or stick with the 110 and plug directly to a standard outlet.
Best quality spa with budget in mind!

Great hot tub! Good packaging, high quality finishes, and delivery only took 10 days after I have placed an order! You really need to pay extra for the Lift Gate service because there is no way you can lift this off the truck! Fill up in less than an hour, plug it in and you are good to go! Heat up from 84 to 104 in 12 hours! Jets are comfy, but don't expect super strong jets from a 110V 1.5 hp pump. Had some issues with my order, but wayfair fixed it quickly! Overall, I'm very happy with this order and hot tub!
Great tub for the price

The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because there are rough spots here and there on the inside. Will be easy enough to fix when we have to change the water. I did not pay the extra $50 lift gate fee, what trucking company in their right mind would let anyone onto their truck to unload something themselves I had my delivery guy slide it onto the back of my pick up truck, I drove it around to the backyard. Paid some local boys to take it off my truck. No problems! Works great, looks great!

For the price you cannot go wrong on this Spa. The best thing is it's Quality, made by the Biggest spa manufacture in the world Hotspring's.Get the best without paying the huge markup. If this spa was labeled Hotspring Spa, it would be at least twice as much. I know I used to sell Hotspring spa's. Everything you need in a Plug and Play Spa!!

The size is perfect for the location I had planned. I love the look and color. It is very nice looking and comfortable. It took more than a day to get the temperature up - that may be typical of all spas, I don't know. I wish they had provided a longer cord or an option to have it on the opposite side of the tub. We had to install another cord to conform with the "no further than 10 feet and no closer than 5 feet" specifications.

I love this hot tub. It was easy to install. Easy to set up. There is lots of room to stretch out for 2 people & not bad when there's 4. I like the jets, plus they're not really loud. The hot tub was exactly what I was looking for & it's at a great price.
