Initial shipment had one damaged piece. Once they were alerted to the fact, Lifestyle Solutions quickly shipped a replacement. The white glove delivery was great. They were cautious with the furniture and with my walls and doorways. They efficiently set up. They removed all packing materials. The delivery guys were friendly and quick.

POOR, POOR, since the guys came and assemble the bed and only put 2 bolts to hold the stripes and put the rest of the bolts in pocket. I asked and make them fit all the bolts or this would have broke right away. When they carry the bed to the bed room, created a big dent in my brand new contrusted home wall. I had to fix that myself through outside contractor.

I really like the set. The material and workmanship are of very high quality. The drawers are a bit shallow and do not hold much, but if you do not mind not having deep drawers, then this set is a winner.

nice set. only issue is the 6 drawer dresser isnt ideal. the drawers are too thin so fitting more than a couple shirts is impossible.

We bought this after remodeling our master bedroom and the set is beautiful. It has the most simple lines and it a testament to the "less is more" philosophy. The wood work is quality and the entire set adds to the rich, relaxing and simple atmosphere we wanted for the master bedroom. It is very zen, warm and modern. I don't think I could be happier.
