stuff for the new place from New York, NY	4.0 1/28/2011 so far so good [...]You need at least 2 able-bodied people who can each lift 30-50lbs or just get more people. The actual construction isn't very complicated, but one of the images in the directions is wrong so it required a bit of lifting and maneuvering to get the thing together. Putting the arms on was definitely the trickiest part and now having seen how it works - definitely no sitting on the arms!I've had it up for about 2 weeks now and I really enjoy the comfort of chilling on the couch and the storage space underneath.The color is actually a nice sage, which is what I wanted, so that is awesome!upshot: a bit cumbersome to put together, assembly in under an hour, comfy and convenient...so far so good! Steve in Chicago from Chicago, IL	2.0 2/27/2009 Adequate for an Inexpensive Piece Product Review I am pleased with the color, texture, dimensions, and function for this piece - not embarrassed to have it in my home. It is very firm, and will be great as a sleeper for guests. As a sofa, it does not really feel or look like a durable, solid piece of furniture. Fabric is attractive but bunches in some areas. The arms give a little if you lean against them while seated. Instructions were simple, but some hardware is rusty and slightly misaligned - which made assembly extremely difficult for two grown men to lift and maneuver the pieces into alignment. If it holds up for 2 or 3 years I will be pleased with the amount I spent, as I knew it was an inexpensive piece. Service Review This arrived sooner than the estimated date but we were able to schedule with the delivery company - it arrived in perfect shape - but be warned - our delivery person dumped a 50lb/10ft. wooden pallet in the alley outside our apartment building for us to dispose of at our own expense - very uncool! Liz from Ontario Canada	4.0 1/9/2009 Great gift for my daughter Product Review The couch is intended to provide comfortable seating and extra bed for guests. It fills that need very well. It has good design and looks great. Service Review Delivery was difficult. Most frustrating was not knowing where it was in the delivery cycle. Weather and location for delivery were factors. But did not explain all the delays or lack of information. But it did arrive. I assume part of the problem was shipping to Canada. But glad that you try shipping there.
