Had small tear on top cushion. Was able to sew it back together.

We've had this sofa for only four months and two springs have popped so there's a big spot where you can't sit. It no longer reclines back, and when you put it all the way down, you can only lie on one side or you will fall over.. it's horrible. I emailed this company to let them know, but it was after 30 days, so they were basically like, "whoops.. well if you're planning to buy anything else from here and need any help or have any questions about it, call us!" HAH. So, we wasted [$]on this couch for 4 months of use, and we've hated it the whole time, less maybe t he first week, literally.

I have searched for months looking for the best product for a convertible sofa. My son has just turned 16 and has an extremely small bedroom. We wanted to get rid of the twin and find a convertable sofa so during the day when he has his friends over to play xbox they would have a nice place to sit with a little more space in the room, then at night he could make it into a bed. I wanted to make sure it would be comfortable, so did a lot a research prior to purchasing this product. It took my husband (a very good "Handyman") 2 1/2 hours to assemble it because 1. The instructions were not correct, and 2. the holes for the screws did not line up at all. He was quite upset and had to "jimmi rig" it best he could. He does not believe it is very stable, nor does he believe it will last long. In his opinion, it was not worth the price we paid. However, my son loves the Sofa/Bed. He says it is very comfortable to sleep on and the sofa is nice and firm. In my opinion, if he likes it, I've done my job - I have my fingers crossed as to its longevity.

I was very impressed with the quality of this product and how simple it was to put together. Now we're ready for company and they will have a comfortable place to sleep. I love this sofa sleeper! Great buy!
