Judy from Arp, TX	5.0 11/26/2011 Like it a lot Product Review The product is exactly what I thought it would be (sometimes what you see is not what you get). It is well-constructed. It was very easy to attach the knobs, which was the only assembly required. Removing it from its very well-done packaging was a bit of work, though very appreciated because the product arrived in perfect condition. Service Review I was disappointed in the delivery because I was not informed when ordering that I would have to be present to sign for the delivery. I had to take time off from work in order to wait for the delivery and sign for it. I lost a half day of pay. Also, when I was called by the delivery service, I asked if the delivery truck would be able to come down my driveway (like FedEx or UPS delivery vehicles). I was assured that it could. When the truck arrived, the driver told me they would not be able to come down my driveway. So I walked up to the end of my driveway and talked to the driver and his helper. They very kindly put my product on a dolly and took it all the way to my garage door, which was about an eighth of a mile from where they offloaded it. I would recommend this product, but your website needs to be more informative about delivery reality. Was this helpful? Yes / No
