It appears to be of amazing quality and it blends so well with our contemporary furniture. We could not be happier, we get so many compliments on it. And it's very well designed with holes in the back to let the wires out, but not so much that you see them from the front. Really, I could not recommend this more! Service Review We paid extra for in home installation but when it came in only two pieces, we realized this probably wasn't necessary but it was SUCH a luxury. They removed all of the packing and were a pleasure to work with, also helping us to put our TV in place, etc. They were very nice too. Was this helpful? Yes / No

So, that says a lot!I researched for an entertainment center for our living room and always came back to this one. It looks like it should cost alot more than it does-it is a very deep dark wood. Not merlot as the description states but a color darker than merlot but not quite black. Very rich looking and drawers are big enough to hold all CD's ! I would highly recommend this item -- even 2 months later it is showing great with no scratches.. The only negative would be that it seems to attract dust but that comes with the dark color. Lot's of space to place all my audio equipment while allowing space to display other items. Back panel slides to enable to connect components very easy. Solid construction. It is a little bigger than I expected, but it looks great in the room. Service Review The item was delivered a day late and after the time of day promised. The item sat at warehouses for several days before moving again. If it had not sat the item would have been delivered 2 weeks ago. The delivery company had it sitting in a local warehouse for several days before calling to set up a time for delivery. After that they took another week to deliver it. Was this helpful? Yes / No
