I BOUGHT THIS FOR MY GRANDSON'S ROOM WITH A VERY SIMILAR THEME. HE IS ONLY SEVEN AND HAS NO TROUBLE READING THE HANDS!

This clock was a perfect addition to my Son's sports bedroom. He is just learning to tell time and it can be a little hard to read. I wish the numbers were a little larger with more color contrast. When the clock arrived the hands were black. We found the backside of the hands are white. We flipped them over and it is easier to see the hands!

With a dark background the black hands make it difficult to read.
