1. Needs adjustable shelves on right and left side. 2. Center door hinges were loose - had to repair and tighten so that door was aligned and centered properly.

This is a beautiful piece of furniture that fits in with the many other oak items in my study. I'm using it as a stand for a 42" TV. The finish is rich and warm (not too red, not washed-out), and the distressing is very subtle and tasteful. It is sturdy, with practical height and depth. It will take two people to move it, but a big plus for me is that there's no assembly required, which saved a lot of time. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that it comes with just one adjustable glass shelf for the middle section. I needed shelves for additional components (there's room for them, just not enough shelves), but it was a simple and relatively inexpensive matter to have a glass shop make two more. (Just leave a little space at the back so you can get the cords to one of the cut-outs.)
