Product Review

This unit came nearly fully assembled requiring only the attachment of the door handles. The use of easy to find furniture sliders, placed on the base made it simple to slide the unit into place. Our 51" Plasma TV fits perfectly in place and there is plenty of space for DVD storage in the 2 side cabinets. The only challenge is access to the backside of the HDTV to install the cable connections. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase.

Service Review

The delivery people were very considerate and were willing to bring the unit from the front porch into the family room. This made installation a breeze, since I only needed to remove the carton sides with a utility knife and slide the unit easily into place.

The wood was a little darker than I thought. Other than that, it was exactly what I wanted and needed. I couldn't be happier with the product.

Service Review

The delivery company sucked. I was given a chance to schedule the delivery. A day prior to the designated time, the company called and changed the delivery time to the following day. About an hour after the supposed delivery time, I called the shipper and was told that it would be in my house by 4 pm. Not true. I called at 5:30 pm and was told that it would be delivered the following day, again by 4 pm. the truck finally showed at 6pm (without a phone call) on the folowing day. They delivered the unit into the house, opened it up so that I could check for damage. There was none. Then the truck left with all packing material strewn about my living room floor. Not a recommendation for the delivery service.
