Lea Elite Rhapsody Platform Bed - 846-937 / 846-947

This bed is well made and easy to assemble. It was delivered on time without a problem. My son loves it and I love it because the price was reasonable. I would recommended this bed for the quality and Wayfair for their price and service

Delivered in enough time to ensure the company had a place to sleep. I put it in my teenage daughters bedroom and she enjoys sitting up in it, using her laptop and decorated it with a duvet, tucked all around so the pretty woodwork can be seen. Finished the look off with decorative pillows. I ordered a tempurpedic mattress 12" thick from wally world and it fit perfectly and the support system underneath is fine.

This bed is absolutely beautiful. Very rich looking. You won't be disappointed.

Service Review

My product was delivered quickly. My product had a gauge in it when I opened it and put it together. The service guys were not that great. When I asked them to take it down stairs to my basement they said, "You know this is just a drop off right?" I never had any other service guys complain before. One service company took a big bookcase out of its box for me so they could bring it in the door and they didn't complain at all. You should really try a different delivery service especially for the price of this furniture.

I first saw this bed on another website, but it was HUNDREDS cheaper here on Wayfair. I have a studio apartment, so this platform bed functions perfectly as a couch and a bed. Previous reviews I read mentioned the slats to support the mattress being flimsy. I disagree. They seem sturdy and are held together with nylon strips of fabric. However, a note about the assembly!! The instructions are in the wrong order!! If you put the backboard on the long side BEFORE screwing in the slats, you wont be able to reach the screws. So put the four sides together FIRST, the slats SECOND, and last the backboards!! Overall though, great bed and great service from Wayfair!

Received my Rhapsody Platform Bed today and it's just perfect for what I needed it for. While it arrived with some dings, nothing major [...] Would have given this beauty 5-Stars if not for the dings. Just purchased the matching media cabinet. Highly recommend this line of furniture.

Purchase was made for my grandchildrens room. Despite reviews, the bed is very sturdy and well made to facilitate a three year old. (This is marketed as a childrens line.) Double back rest and height are ideal for kids. The style, lines and finish are exceptional for the price. Looks great, Sleeps great!

Product Review

We use this bed in our den for extra seating, and I (280 lbs) sleep on it every night. I was looking for a daybed that did not have side rails all around so I could stretch and move about comfortably. We also wanted it to be attractive enough for a living area. This piece is everything we've been looking for. It was extremely easy to assemble. We've had it about 2 weeks and no complaints so far!

Delivery was professional and product was in very good condition. (One washer was missing from parts list.) I cannot comment on customer service, as I did not have a need to contact them.

Daybed used for daily sleeping. It is very good-looking. Looks expensive. Back rest makes it suitable for watching TV. Would buy again.

This bed is gorgeous, classy, and unique! Just having it in the room transforms everything and the design ranks high in the "showplace" category. My full-sized bed is my primary bed. My only disappointment (thus the 4-star rating for what should really be a 5) is that the bed slats that come with it are VERY thin and flimsy. For the quality of this furniture and the cost, one would think that the manufacturers would not have skimped on such an important detail. I plan to buy sturdy plywood to hold up my mattress. In the meantime, a box spring (covered with a dark fitted sheet) sits down into the frame and onto the floor and my mattress is on top of it in a conventional setup; which defeats the purpose in having a platform bed, but it still LOOKS like it's a low-profile platform set up. All in all, I would recommend this with the caveat that owners will have to come up with solutions concerning the slats.
