Until now -- this is by far THE BEST frying pan I have ever used. It's sturdy, but not so heavy that one has to be an Olympic weight lifter to use. It sits beautifully on my ceramic stove top without spinning, tilting or whirling about without prompting. It frys evenly - no welling or listing as some fry pans do. Clean up is literally a snap.
