I needed the non stick for morning breakfast eggs only. But I find it is much slower to heat than my large AllClad 5d pan. I can only wonder if it is because of the magnetized SS disk it has in its base rather than being made completely of magnetized metal. My other Creuset cast pans heat at twice the speed of this one.
