Yay

Great I love this pan it's nice conducts heat evenly and gives things a great sear. This is a very heavy sturdy pan. Happy, thank you!

best quality

The finest quality cookware bar none. This is a nice size grill and is no stick without the dangers inherent in teflon products. Beware Le Creuset is expensive and the pieces are heavy, but they will last forever!

Love this grill pan

You need to use it a couple times before it's seasoned properly and won't stick anymore. But after that, it's so great - makes perfect cross-hatch grill lines and cooks steaks & chops to perfection. Start on stovetop & then finish in broiler - get the pan REALLY hot first. Perfect for when you can't or don't want to grill outside on a charcoal grill. Once seasoned, cleans very easily with a nylon brush - just soak a bit first.
