Le Creuset Enameled Cast Iron 10.25" Carribean Grill Pan

The colour is beautiful, quality is great (can't go wrong with Le Creuset!), and perfect for grilling ont he range.

I've reviewed this pan before and I loved it so much I bought another to give as a housewarming gift!

This is one of my favorite pans to use, especially now that the temperature has dropped substantially. I can still grill chickensteakburgers, even though its winter. I will say that this isnt the easiest pan to use. Im still learning the best way to cook with it and clean it, but Ive had fun experimenting with different techniques. Most foods have come off wtih ease after a good soaking.

I purchased this pan to grill zucchini and chic pea burgers or peppers, yams or onions but found grilling swiss chard was an unexpected best. very easy to use and clean. the only draw back is you can't touch the pan without a towel or potholder. understandable and well worth the extra step.

Cooks beautifully and cleans up easily. Just what I was looking for.

Super answer to bring able to grill even in bad and cold weather. This stove top grill is east to use even heat and energy efficient. Easy to cook in and quick too. With its higher sides is reduces the mess and is easy to clean when you are finished cooking. Seafood,pork, beef and sandwiches are all a dream. Love this grill.
