Best Ever from Juno Beach, FL on 11/04/2014
It had been a long time since we had used a cast iron pan and it was wonderful. Not the old black ones, but with an enamel coating that makes it beautiful. Cooking in cast iron is the best, as it cooks on low heat and retains the cooking temperature without losing anything from the recipe. Will add more to this set of cast iron. I would highly recommend using cast iron cookware. (It is used on a glass/ceramic cooktop and is not a problem as long as you are gentle when placing it on the cooktop.)

The Best from \new york city, NY on 06/21/2015 – Verified Buyer
I have loved and cooked with these cast iron pots for many years. This new model has a small lip opposite the handle, which makes lifting the pot much easier as they do tend to be heavy, but sooooo worth the weight because of their performance on the stove. Food cooked in these pots is always a winner and worthy of applause. They are easy to clean and come in a wonderful assortment of colors. Pros: Great quality and performance, worthy of a serious cook's attention and money. Cons: none

Great saucepan, great brand of cookware! from Pittsburgh, PA on 04/20/2015 – Verified Buyer
Just starting using Le Creuset over the last several months, and this saucepan has been a great addition to my little collection. Cooks perfectly and is very easy to clean. This is a great size, IMO, for a rice dish, enough pasta for two, etc. - and obviously sauces! The little hole on the lid for ventilation is a nice touch too! It's definitely an investment (aka REALLY EXPENSIVE), but it truly is great quality, long-lasting cookware for those of us who love to cook!!

Buy it for life from Madison, WI on 04/07/2015 – Verified Buyer
My husband and I bought this pan as part of a Le Creuset cookware set when we got married, and we love it. It is durable, easy to clean, and heats evenly. We expect this to be the only set of cookware we'll ever own. Pros: Durable, enameled surface is great to cook with and easy to clean, will last a lifetime, great color choices Cons: None!
