Classic le Creuset. Exactly as written. I made my first tarte tatin last Sunday to rave reviews. The dish can also be used as a sauté pan so it has versatility.
Typical Le Creuset

Inspiring to use, easy to clean. Definitely easier to flip than other heavy metal pans. Love how it works on induction cooktop.

The wide handles make it very easy to flip this heavy top quality cast iron pot over. Three more words.

I haven't used it yet buy am confident that it will be fine for making quiche and polenta casseroles. I have several pieces of Le Creuset and like each very much.

great size for anything you want to make in small portion, presentable.

I ruined my original pan (too hot and burnt sugar) so I was so happy to get a replacement at such a great price. I love it!!
Best purchase we've made all year

Perfect! Perfect! Used it for everything from quiche to roasts-for-two to, of course, tarte tatin. Our (not yet remodeled) kitchen has electric burners and this is the only cookware I've found that can do a good tarte tatin on those. Worth three times the price.
I love this pan, it works beautifully.

High gloss enamel finish will turn loose of anything you cook in it. Never sticks, even carmalized sugar wipes right off.
