The perfect cast iron skillet!!

We just love our Le Creuset skillet!!! We originally bought the 11.75 skillet but wanted something smaller for making eggs and grilled cheese and french toast. This is the perfect size for small meals! We heat it on medium and spray it well with olive oil cooking spray, if we do this we rarely have any food stick which is so awesome esp if you've ever used cast iron before. It cleans easily. Just follow the instructions for use, caring for it and cleaning it and you will be very happy!!
