I love cooking in it, as it cooks evenly, and the color makes the food inside look even better, no matter what it is! Now I try to come up things to cook in it! I was worried that is would be tough to clean but it was such a breeze...even with baked-on cheese from the enchiladas I made! It exceeds my expectations in both form and function.
