My son-in-law was so excited to receive this as a Christmas Gift he shut off the lights and set it up down my hall way to give it a try. He has played this game with several of his friends and thought it was the best one he had ever seen. He commented the bags were very sturdy and the construction of the boards were exceptional. For him the light up affect was the best feature. This is an absolutely brilliant idea! We first saw this game at a cottage in northern MN - a family with both young children and adults were playing. The moment we got home I ordered one and have since ordered three more as gifts for people. EVERYONE who plays this has enjoyed it thoroughly and you will too! The ONY fault I can identify is that in each of the games I have bought, the frisbeedisc that is included has broken under normal use (in each case!). Love the ladder bolo game! We bought this just before July 4th for our big bash, and it was a hit. EAsy to play, easy to setup, and well made. I especially like the soft rubber bolos so the I feel better letting the kids play. I read another reivew about being difficult to put together...I don't see how, just looking at the pic on the packaging my 10 year old was able to do it, plus easy instructions IN ENGLISH and SPANISH if you really need them. I looked at other games of very similiar construction and this one is at least $5 cheaper so you can't go wrong. We love it, hope you will too!"..."  Read more

I have 3 boys, ages 14, 9 & 8. Although all 3 of them (including myself) have had so much fun playing with this system; I have to say my 8 yr old is thoroughly enjoying it. I bought this for my son Chris's 8th birthday; he & my 9yr old had been asking for one for some time. I did some research and after reading reviews and checking around, I felt this system was the way to go. I am SO GLAD I did! It's wonderful to see my boys outdoors playing, especially in a day when video games are preferred by most kids.
