One thing that is annoying is the adjustable shoulder strap. It the buckle gets tilted a certain way the strap just comes undone dumping your bag on the floor. I wanted a bag that was made of sturdy material that wouldn't get banged up or torn quickly, and I also like that it's a great color and will wear nicely as I use it. The only downside is that the reinforced bottom doesn't make it very malleable for getting into small spaces.
