LamsonSharp PRO Poly Handle 16" Pizza Knife - 32871

The Lamson 16" Pizza Knife w/helper handle is a "serviceable" service knife. It's not as good as Dexter's 18" S160-18, which is the best pizza knife available in my opinion. The 20" Lamson rocker is way too curved - there's only about 16" of useable edge. The American Metalcraft 22" rocker & 18" pizza knife (made overseas) are not as well-made as either American-made brand (Lamson & Dexter). I have pizzaria experience, but use these at home.

This knife is very sharp and cuts Pizza perfectly even though it is a bit hard to store because it is so big. I have not needed a bigger one as of yet. I got the 16' and I seen other companies that have an 18" and thought maybe I might need a bigger one. But when I got this and seen how mig it was knew I would rarely ever make an 18" pizza at home so this was plenty big. The blade itself is excellent quality but I don't really like the plastic handle as much as one that is wood and riveted. I use alot of knives in my cooking and have some really good blades and this one suits my needs for cutting larger items very well! With an Oneida pizza cutting board for cutting perfect slices this works great.
