actually I would give the rug a 3 star. but I would give Wayfair 4 stars for helping me with the disappointment that the rug wasn't what was stated. the rug was only 20% cotton and it was described as 40% wool which is why I order this one. the customer service representative was fabulous in assisting me. the color of the rug in the catalog photo was quite accurate so I was pleased with the visual of the rug I received.. It's on sale for some reason. We're disappointed but slowly getting used to it. Colors are not uniform: white part has some yellow colored patches. Grey has some red strings too. It's not soft, even though it says Silk. Rayon, it is. It's hand woven, though. It's not uniform and has some irregular texture and elevated spot in the middle of the rug.
