Wonderful packaging, Simple to install and beautiful made. Heavy duty. Sprayer has a nice long reach. The stock pot facet is a 14 turn valve, has a high flow rate. Love this facet.

Faucet is very solid! Looks great and functions great. Pot filler has amazing pressure. Main faucet could be stronger but definitely does the trick. Measures 28.5 in but leave at least 32-34 between counter and cabinet bc it needs room to bend.

My wife wanted this one for the kitchen in our gourmet area. It's not installed yet, but it's exactly what we expected to get. Great packaging and the product is very well built.

Performs has advertised.. And at half the price of other comparable faucets. Very pleased! - Philippe

We were looking for a high quality faucet and sprayer that didn't have open access from the deck to the space under the sink. On other pull-down or pull-out faucets, the gaskets are imperfect and we always wind up with moisture under the sink. Dirt and food get into the sprayer shaft, etc.... Plus, the pulley systems that raise and lower the sprayer take up a lot of space and get caught up on other things stored under the sink. They never seem to work smoothly. Having worked in restaurants in college, I knew that commercial dishwashing faucets/sprayers solved these problems. In addition, we wanted a faucet that would last. Our previous faucet fell apart, literally, even though it was a well-known name brand. The painted finished peeled off and even worse, it was filled with sand, which eventually started leaking out. Big box stores sell faucets in the same price range that are vastly inferior - some are even plastic!! This faucet is amazing! Very solid and works perfectly. The directions for installation could be better, but it was fairly easy to figure out what needed to be changed. Maybe an error in translation from German to English? Similar faucets we found were 10-20 times as much. This is a great deal!! Since our sink has three holes, we bought two soap dispensers to plug in. We fill one with hand soap and the other with diswashing soap. Work great. Some other reviews criticize the bottles that come with, but these could probably be replace, maybe even with a commercial soap bottle?

Pros: The quality of this project is outstanding, easy to install, operates flawlessly, and looks fantastic. Cons: Faucet must be installed in a very solid sink. I installed it on a stainless steel drop-in (waiting for granite install later). The faucet is robust enough to flex the sink during use. Also, the sprayer is a bit weaker than I would like. There is substantial flow; however, the sprayer head has a few too many holes and allows the water to flow as a lower pressure than I would prefer. Overall, this is a nearly perfect product. The two cons above are more my opinion than faults of the product.

Great water pressure, compared to what we'd had previously, powerful flow. The sprayer might be a bit more forceful stream. But great item for the kitchen, works best in deep basin sinks.

This faucet will defiantly stand as a central aspect of our new kitchen. A little large, but the quality and substance of this faucet show through. Love it

If you have never had a pre-rinse faucet it will take a couple of days to get used to . My wife was a little overwhelmed by the larger size . After three days of use she is an expert . The added water pressure has made doing dishes dishes a breese.
