We bought this faucet for a small kitchen update we are doing. It is very solid and has a great shiny finish that is very modern - we didn't want anything brushed or matte. I love it! The only negative thing I can say is that the nozzle part is plastic and I'm a bit worried that it might chip or that the shiny colour might dull or get rubbed off. But right now, new out of the box, it is fab.

Delivery was top notch, especially given that I am in Canada. Everything arrived impeccably packaged and within 10 days or ordering (including weekend)

The faucet was installed by an amateur plumber in 2 hours spread over 2 days. It took that long because he had to extend the copper tubings that were too short. The faucet itself looks very nice and works very well. Hopefully, it will last a few years. The price was too good to pass on this item.

This magnificent product by Kraus brings sheer elegance into the kitchen space of the home. Seen only several times in use it was an "I want" item the moment my wife saw it. As Yul Brynner said in the film The Ten Commandments,, "So let it be said, so let it be done," and yours truly was on the phone immediately placing the order. More so than the sheer elegance and focus it brings to the sink area of the kitchen, the tap head itself provides a more consistent and even flow of water (whether in regular or spray mode) than other faucets I have had installed in kitchens in the past. The worst thing about taps is the installation but that goes the same for all designs. That's what having plumber friends is all about. In summary a great product both functionally and visually.

This is a great faucet. Performs perfectly and looks great. The only issue you may have is that it would be difficult to install on many existing sinks. A single threaded rod and nut hold it in place. The threaded rod is much too long for even the deepest of sockets. Fortunately I was installing a new sink and access was easy. But it did make think about how I might have to deal with any replacement down the road. hmmm....

Love the faucet, very nice and functional. However, after installing there is a leak where the hose is swedged onto the fixture. i've contacted Kraus and have asked for a new hose. downside is i'll have to take it all apart to replace the hose.

Delivery SUCKS! they used FEDEX, the item got to Sacramento and sat in the wherehouse for four days prior to delivery. the delivery person couldn't answer why it took so long. if given a choice use UPS.
