I only gave it 4 stars since I haven't installed it / used it yet... We're using it in our reno in March. It is such a sturdy sink, I imagine that it will end up being a 5 star rating (and the 'star' of my new kitchen). Service Review The sink was delivered a day earlier than promised. Tracey N from Victoria, BC Canada	5.0 11/1/2011 Excellent service and item Product Review This sink is even better than expected especially for the price given what was quoted for similar items, even thinner guage, by various plumbing stores. The package carton is very sturdy for shipping. I was a bit hesitant ordering such an item over the internet from Canada but Wayfair was excellent and the product looks like excellent quality. Service Review The product had been delayed in shipping as the carton was damaged and required stabilizing. Purolator did not note this on the online status that I was tracking as the deliver was 10 days behind estimated delivery date. However, their customer service did report it to me on the phone. Given that other products had required signature for delivery, I was expecting the same with this one but they only rang once (my husband was home but unable to answer right away) and left..... very quickly. We inspected closely and the item looked undamaged although some of the styrofoam surrounding had been damaged. It will not be installed for a couple months though. Was this helpful? Yes / No
