I live in Canada, and the person I spoke with on the 800 number was very well informed about the international fees and shipping times. Product arrived in perfect form within two weeks of placing the order. How CSN gets the products through customs so quickly is a mystery. You can fill the coffee pot with it, you can pull it down to be able to clean the entire sink. It is big, so I would not recommend with a small sink - my sink is an undermount kindred - about 25" wide, 18" front to back and 10" deep.
