RTL212 from Greenwich, Connecticut	1.0 3/23/2010 Beautiful, too bad it doesn't flush I bought four Kohler toilets as part of a renovation. I am still in shock. How does one say this? They don't flush "solids." Add the cost of a plunger to each Kohler you buy and depending on how you value your time, figure in 1-2 hours a week for plunging to get them to flush. Their Ingenium system is a failure. I've had it checked by two plumbers, had my whole pipe system cleaned out -- these toilets are a failure of deisgn. How they got a reputation I'll never know. Im told that their new Class 5 technology achieves the miraculous result of actually flushing, but the Ingeniums are a defective, failed product. Was this helpful? Yes / No
