Victor from Birmingham, AL	5.0 2/19/2012 Solid construction meets elegance Product Review I have three of these faucets in my home, two are brushed nickel, one is oil rubbed bronze. I love the feel of these faucets, they are all metal, good heft, solid feeling. I was really impressed with the all metal construction, I had purchased a different faucet from another manufacturer prior to these and parts of it was plastic and felt cheap. You will love this faucet. Service Review Had an issue with the oil rubbed bronze faucet where some of the edges were rubbed to the point that the finish was worn away. Wayfair replaced it and the new one was perfect. Just know that the oil rubbed bronzes a finish that can be scratched through with enough force and the underlying metal is silver in color. I was looking for a timeless style, so I purchased the devonshire faucet with lever handles. The faucet and handles are well made and look great in the bathroom. The handles turn smoothly and are sturdy, unlike the ones I replaced. Service Review I received my product within two days of ordering. The product was packaged in bubble wrap and also each piece was wrapped in its own covering so the finish would not be scratched. I'm very happy with the product and the delivery. Was this helpful?
