great quality

It looks perfect, very easy to install, nice and sturdy. You may fing the adjustment a bit limited, but worked just fine for us.

Sturdy Elegant Fuctional

Got the brushed nickel finish to match the other parts of the hand shower I purchased. I found the mount easy to apply to the wall. When i recieved it, the ball mechanism that allows it to swivel was a bit loose to hold the Flip face shower head in place, had to go out and get a LARGER hex key than what I had at home. (Actually could have done it in the store, but, it may get loose again.) Now it still pivots easily, but hold a heavy showerhead in place quite effectively.
