My cats love it !!
David from Englewood, CO– Verified Buyer
The directions need serious help. The 2 little blue circles, shown near the bottom front, make the tree uneven, so I left them out. The pieces should be shown in inches as well as centimetres. Once it was put together the cats were at it within 10 minutes and even using it for a scratching post. Took them a bit to figure out how to get to the top. They now argue a bit over some of the prime sleeping area but, they just love the tree. Well worth the investment. Thank you for the quick service.
Very Pretty Tree, just not very functional
Jason from Lexington, KY– Verified Buyer
This tree was fairly easy to put together and is built very solid. I didn't think the carpet was thick enough, it makes it hard for my cat to grab on when climbing it. There are two major design flaws in this tree. 1) The posts in the front are set too far in, making it difficult for my cat to climb up on the posts. She likes to grab the posts and climb all the way up, but can only do this from the back where the posts are nearer to the edge of the platforms. 2) There is no good way for my cat to get down, other than jump from the top, which is higher than I feel comfortable with her jumping. If a smaller platform was on top, and a larger one in the middle, it would at least give a place to jump down to. The way I had to remedy this was to take the center triangular piece and turn it around backwards where it sticks out resembling a diving board. That leaves it unsupported on the end, but it is still very stable. The cat likes to just sit out on this perch more than anything and occasionally climbs to the top. I didn't put all the posts on the top platform either, I wanted to leave room for her to just lay up there without having to get inside the condo, she doesn't tend to like hanging out in those. It's a very pretty piece in the living room, but poorly designed and modifications are a must to make it useful for the cat.
Happy Sassie cat tree!!

Absolutely marvelous cat tree, my sassie cat loves it. I give 5 stars, thanks Way fair. Assembly wasn't difficult following the instructions, but the pieces were labeled wrong. It took me around 4 hours to put together, because I needed breaks every short steps.

My cats love this this tower. It's very tall and very sturdy. It was a pain to build but the cats swear it was worth my aggravation! Kitty Mansion is a great brand.
