Fabulous! A great deal!

My cats love this cat tower, and so do I! Building it: I found the reviews on how easy it was to build to be accurate. It took me 45 minutes to build, and the instructions, which included a picture of the tower with some basic tips, was sufficient. I suggest laying out all the pieces before you start so you have an overview of what you're working with and you can get a sense of your progress as you work from the ground up. Use: My two cats love the height of the tower (they love being up high!) and especially the plush beds on the towers for sleeping. The top perch is the most desirable, but the second level perches are just as acceptable for the one that doesn't make it to the top first. All the levels get used, either for sitting or climbing from level to level. They even walk updown or play on the stairs. Soft perches aside, the levels themselves are very firm (board covered with soft material) however, the cats don't mind this at all and enjoy sitting, playing and rolling around on these levels as well. This tower is a real hit! Value: I have two other cat towers (60 inches high or less, with only two levels each ) that I purchased at local stores. Those towers were more expensive with fewer features. I shopped around online for quite a while and was a little hesitant to purchase a tower that I had to build, but it turned out to be a great value and a solidly built unit. I have already recommended this tower (and at Wayfair's price) to my cat friends.
Great Cat house

I bought this tree about a year ago now and it has worked out so well that I'm looking for another one. I won't get this one again because it's too big, but if I had the space in a different room for it, I would. The price/quality is great. And now it's even cheaper than when I bought it. So, after a year of use (ok more like 11 months) the carpeting on it is just fine as is the sisal parts. As a disclaimer to that, they don't really use it to scratch though. The only thing that is looking kinda ick is the outside of the top sleeping perches...the cushion of it. I have a cat that loves to knead and hump anything that is soft, and those cushions fit the bill quite nicely for him. So....they are looking a bit ratty but that is all. My biggest cat is 13 lbs, the smallest is 7 lbs. They've all used the perches. A couple use the top house and rarely is the bottom house used. It's a shame because it's so spacious, but it's also the lowest and situated in a corner behind a recliner so could be because there isn't a great view. Also, the cats have to pass that house to get to the upper levels, possibly disturbing a cat sleeping there. I might try making it more appealing, adding some cushioning and such, but it just might be the location. Since it's more of a soft, furry material than carpet, it cleans up very nicely and doesn't really shed much like carpet. My husband put it together before I got home, so I can't speak to the assembly part of it other than he didn't complain. lol Overall, I'm really happy with it and really happy with the speed of shipping. It's a great value and would buy another if space allowed.
Feline approved Cat Tree

When our last tree finally fell apart, we went for this "Beverly Hills" model (at the cats insistence). Shipped very fast, and very well protected. Hubby assembeled it with no problems...said all parts were there and everything lined up nicely. Had several feline supervisors who felt he was slacking a bit, but they let him off with just a warning. Very sturdy post fit great in the corner of the living room, out of our way but plenty of space for the cats to play. Nice looking, too, with soft, neutral, easy on the eye colors. Within five minutes of completion, six cats were climbing on it choosing their favorite future napping spots. This is a great product for a single cat home, or a multi like ours. Very happy with purchase, and the cats give it two paws up. All this and free shipping too!!
Cats love it!

Our 2 cats are all over this! It has a very sturdy base and was easy to put together. Some sides of the condos are made out of cardboard (the smaller sides with the openings) which is a bummer but it's still pretty firm so I'm not worried it'll collapse or anything. I loved that it has a plush covering instead of regular carpet. One thing that drove me crazy about our last cat tree was that it was covered with regular carpet and little bits of carpet would go everywhere when the cats would climb up the sides! Haven't had any issues with bits of the plush covering coming off.. YET.
Wow! GREAT value!

We recently found out we were having kittens...surprise! An outdoor cat adopted us. We needed more vertical space. 12 weeks after the birth and everyone loves this cat condo. I love how easy it was to put together, the AMAZING price and how all of our cats, young and old (and 3 pounds to 22 pounds) have found their spot. The soft-sided top pieces are actually a bonus because our largest cat can sprawl over the edge. The others use the soft sides as pillows. Would buy - and will buy - from this company again.

This cat tree is amazingly sturdy and quite tall. I was really surprised at the quality for the price. The one thing I could wish for would be a bit thicker padding on the flats as the corners are a little 'sharp' and I have bruised myself a few times by whacking into it while playing with the kitties. I would buy this item again and again though. The perches are plentiful and the top trio are extra padded for wonderful naps. There is plenty of play space on this unit for four full grown cats all at the same time. Like I said - this is really sturdy!

This is a nice, large tree that our 2 cats (about 13 pounds each) love! It arrived quickly and was easy to put together. (The cats enjoyed the box it came in while we were assembling it.) They play on it everyday and it is quite sturdy, and looks nice, too. The squishy sides on the top platforms were folded in when we first set it up, but over a few days the cats got them shaped out just the way they wanted them. The lower "house" is large enough inside for our big guys to stretch out and nap, not just curl into.
Kitty LOVES it!

While there may be some sway when our 12 lb cat leaps from the couch to one of the many perches, the kitty mansion is very stable. Our kitty spends much of his day lounging on the various levels of the mansion. He enjoys climbing and jumping on and off. The mansion perches and condos may not support a 180 lb person, but it should easily support two or three medium/large sized cats. Easy to assemble; I recommend assembly while mansion is laying on it's side. A previous review was correct with the string ball coming undone. This does not seem to be of great importance to our kittty. "Fur" covering colors are compatible with our room decor. I would consider this a good value. Attractive, inexpensive, ease of assembly, fast and free shipping.....you can't go wrong! May NOT be a good purchase if you have a 2-4 y.o. child who likes to climb.
Super Deal Great Product

I got this about 3 weeks ago. It arrived very quickly and I assembled it by myself in less than 20 mins. The instructions are pictures only. Others that have reviewed this complained that the sides of the houses are cardboard, but mine actually has very thin press board sides which are plenty sturdy. The quality of this is very good. My male cat LOVES this. He is a climber and he literally leaps from section to section and sleeps in the top cat beds. You would pay 3 times this price for equal quality in a pet store. Highly recommend!

I thought because it wasn't as expensive as other cat houses that it would be cheaply made, but it is not bad at all. It is large and tall in spots, so be prepared to have the space for it. The three round seats that are in the air are cushioned nicely, and there are alot of other spots for them to hang out in. It isn't thickly cushioned on the flat parts, but the rug is soft. My cats like every part of it. One thing I really like is the posts that are covered in heavy duty roping for them to scratch on as is much better than my previous cat furniture which was covered in regular rug. The regular rug they shredded to death pretty fast, but the roping lasts much longer and doesn't look awful after a short time. On the whole, definitely worth $100 bucks, and with free shipping (which would have cost a small fortune because the box was heavy), you can't go wrong.
