Sturdy and cute
Jennifer from New York
I bought this for the big platform for my big (NOT fat) cat who is always ecstatically wriggling and then falling out of his beloved carpeted cat tower, landing badly (okay, so he has some unusual problems with muscle tone). I am happy with the size of the top platform. It should be much safer for him. He is NOT happy with it yet because he has Luddite tendencies. I am going to have to customize this for him by moving the small perch or bed pole to the second story, as recommended by another customer, and not using the medium size pole at all, therefore not having a perch on the ground level. I will also have to sew a soft cushion out of plusher fleece for the top. PRO: attractive in a silly way, easy and quick to assemble, super sturdy, fun for cats of normal athletic ability, lends itself to reconfiguration for larger and clumsier cats CON: made in China, fleece is not thick enough to be as comfortable as carpet, beds are too small for all but small cats, greenery is doomed (but so much fun for cats to destroy that I won't mind replacing it frequently)

I just got this kitty mansion is about a week and I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! First let me say, "i saw a review that a woman said her cats couldn't climb to the top bc the center tunnel was in the way". All i did was leave that tunnel off the second floor platform and i set it on the top of the third floor platform. Now it stands 59 inches tall. I'm going to drill a hole through the third floor platform myself so it doesn't roll off. (right now it's just sitting on there) The cats like the 2nd floor platform WITHOUT the tunnel on there. I don't suggest this for anyone else, it's just the way I like it bc my cats are larger and need the room.. This kitty mansion is sooooo beautiful bc the scratching rope is BROWN and im sick of the WHITE SCRATCHING ROPE !!! After seeing this brown rope, i will always buy scratchers like this in BROWN or BLACK !!! This is a very attractive piece of furniture that looks very nice with my other furniture. WAYFAIR.COM, YOU MUST MAKE MORE OF THESE that come in BLACK OR BROWN ROPE !!!!!! I'm soooo hooked on this thing, i think i like it more than my cats....lol
Really sturdy but design needs re-thinking.

This cat tree is VERY sturdy. It does not tip over or even wobble when my cat jumps on it, which is a problem with most trees. Unfortunately, the suggested assembly does not allow enough room for a cat to jump from the 2nd shelf to the 2nd round perch, and up to the roof. The instructions show the taller of the two round perches should be placed on the 2nd level, but the space between the roof and the top of the taller round perch is not high enough to permit a cat to jump up. So, we assembled this using the shorter perch on level 2. Problem is that the taller perch won't fit on level 1 (ground) because the rim hits the 2nd shelf in such a way that it prohibits it from being attached. Also, the little round "tunnel" cannot be accessed in any way. I suppose if a cat were to sort of flip off the top, s/he might be able to climb in there, but my cat has never even attempted this. The fabric is very soft, but it would benefit from some padding between the plywood and the fabric. I added a cushion to the top.

This was a wonderful investment. In May, we adopted a 3 week old kitten and I wanted something that would make our 2 year old formerly feral cat happy (and be able to get out of the way). This filled the bill perfectly. Both cats love it. They sleep on the top and each of the side "beds". Walking up and scratching the rope on the legs is the bell for a play round. Up and down the cats go constantly. The tower is still in great shape in September. I believe it will last a long time. One drawback is that the vines were all gone within a week. The cats pulled them off and were chewing on them.

This cat tree is very sturdy. It does not tip over or even wobble when my cat jumps on it. So, for that it gets 5 stars. Unfortunately, the suggested assembly does not allow enough room for a cat to jump from one shelf to another. The instructions show the taller of the two round perches should be placed on the 2nd level, but the space between the roof (4rd level) and the top of the taller round perch is only about 6" and is not high enough to permit a cat to jump up. So, we assembled this using the shorter perch on level 2. Problem is that the taller perch won't fit on level 1 (ground) because the rim hits the 2nd shelf in such a way that you can't tighten it down.
lots of Kittie fun!

My two kittens were not shy about climbing all over their new cat tree. It is fun to watch them attack each other from the different levels. It is sturdy and easy to assemble. The girls have had great fun with the leaves and I just keep tying them back on when needed. I plan on buying this cat tree again soon and attaching them together for a bigger play area. This is definitely a good buy.

My kitty loves her new Oak Tree! It is an attractive piece of furniture, the perfect height and has just enough holes and platforms for her to hide and play on. It came unassembled but it wasn't too hard and didn't take too long to put together. I am happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend this product to anyone interested in a kitty tree. Pros: Pretty, tall and fun for kitty to lay and play with. Cons: ....can't think of any, I really think I made a good purchase.
Great Christmas present for my babies!

I don't normally buy such large gifts for my pets for the holidays, but this year I decided to splurge and get them a new pet tree for the 3 of them to share. Before my husband could even get the thing put together my littlest one was trying to sleep in the log holes! He had the whole thing put together quite quickly and it's a very sturdy piece! It's also so much nicer to look at resembling an actual tree than the typical cat furniture you usually see out there. My cats seem to love it so far!
great kitty mansion

The instructions were pretty self explanatory, but it's definitely easier to have 2 people to put this together. Sometimes the holes weren't that easy to line up. It's a nice size and provides several platforms and tunnels to chill or explore. My cat likes the top shelf so he can look down on everything. Pros: pretty sturdy, doesn't take too long to put together Cons: easier with two people to put together

The cat tree is fantastic, absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend this to anybody. It is far better than anything than you can just go to the store and get. I can't say enough good things about your company.
