Memphis Cat Tree

I took a LONG time to research many sites for cat condos. I was specifically looking for something that was very sturdy for my large cat that had multi-leveled tiers that made sense for larger, less agile cats…staggered tiers rather than tiers that are almost directly over one another. This cat condo has worked out well. Even when she climbs on it quickly, I have never seen it tip which is important considering it is near a breakable window. I also like the faux fur versus carpeting, so it doesn't shed and is easy to vacuum. The only complaint is that the directions to put it together could have been a little clearer as to which post goes where, but it can be figured out.
48 Memphis Cat Tree

We've had this cat tree for about a month now, and our two cats absolutely love it! This cat tree gets more use than I would ever have imagined! I worried about the size when ordering, since our boys are energetic (crazy) and large bodied young cats(over 10), but this tree is holding up fine to their rough play and hanging-off-it antics. My primary reason for purchasing a cat tree is that one of them has starting scratching furniture, so I hoped that it would provide a better scratching outlet. I can't say that he uses it every time, but I would estimate 98 of the time, so it's really made a significant difference. They work at the scratch posts very aggressively, so I'm wondering how long the wrapping will last. When they do wear this out, I will definitely look to order this model again.
48" Memphis Cat Tree in Beige

My rescue cat, who I have only had a few months, is very suspicous of anything new but likes to see what I am doing. He watched intently as I put this cat tree together, but once together would not go near it. Silly kitty. After about 2 months he now uses it every day. Shadow has only gone to the very top once, but enjoys sunning on the middle ledge. He is about 12 lbs and the "shelter" is just big enough for him but I think it may be a bit snug for him. It is fairly easy to put together if you follow the instructions, which are basically just diagrams. The fabric is super soft. All in all I am happy with it and Shadow seems to be also.

My cats love their cat trees, but their smaller cat tree was covered with faux fleece and trying to remove the cat hair from the faux fleece was near impossible. I recently decided to replace the cat tree. Trying to find a reasonably priced, good quality cat tree has been a challenge. After purchasing and returning 2 other cat trees because they were too small (platforms too close together) or not stable, I stumbled across this website. I have not heard of Kitty Mansion cat trees until I was on the Wayfair website but the reviews I read said they were as good a quality of cat tree as the Amarakat trees (my other cat trees are Amarakats). One of my cats is very long and the other is very frisky and a stable, large platformed cat tree is essential. The Memphis cat tree is stable for jumping on and off and the platforms are large enough for my bigger cat to feel comfortable.
Good Cat Tree for Kittens

This is a wonderful cat tree for kittens. The enclosed section is just right for them to hide in . They jump through the hoop on the bottom as well but their favorite part is the high shelf and the hanging balls. The only real problem is that the hanging sisal balls unwind and they also fall out of the holes if the cats play too vigorously which means they are on the floor more than in the holder. The scratch pad is used on occasion but unfortunately, they still prefer my chair. Once they became full grown, they only used the top shelf. If I had to buy another one, it would be two high shelves, one for each of my cats and I'd forget about the enclosed area and the hoop and the hanging balls. They lost interest in those pretty quick once they were grown. They were more interested in a nice high place to take a nap.. That could just be my cats. Overall, it's sturdy and they have used it quite a bit.
Just as described

I ordered this tree after reading all the reviews. I was looking for one that was built well and easy to assemble. This fits the bill. I wanted the faux fur instead of carpet as I did not want to encourage clawing on my carpet. My kitten loves it. She immediately started scratching on the posts and then played with the hanging balls before taking her kitty nap on the top perch that is padded and comfy for her. Definitely would buy again.
Good for small cat.

Easy to assemble cat tree, good price for the size. Would probably be good for a smaller cat. My bigger cat stays on the lower level but the smaller one sits in the "tower". Is a littler smaller in person than it appears in the photo. Good idea to measure it out before ordering. Am getting another larger cat tree for the family room.
Cat in a Flat

Of my six cats, only one uses the top bed...all day. None uses the cubby, though all have gone inout. All are declawed, but use the scratching areas daily. None will use the circle section. All play with the balls but one removes them and then drags them around the house. One sleeps with her belly across the scoop of scratcher curve. And one lurks on the second shelf, waiting for for an unsuspecting passer-by. Passes muster with the cats, and that was my only requirement. Directions could have been a bit clearer on which bolt went where, but overall, easy to assemble.
Great for Kittens

I have a 3 month old kitten that loves this tree. It is truly a playground for him. However, I have a 5 year old cat that will have nothing to do with it. But he does perch over the couch and watches the kitten. This tree is made for small cats. The condo part is very small. The tree is put together by screws that are exposed. So I put a washcloth inside the condo to cover a screw. Not because it sticks out or rough, but cold to the touch. An edge of the washcloth sticks out, if that gives you an idea of the size. I love the multiple scratching areas. That was the big seller for me. Great price for that. I may just take the condo part off when the kitten starts to outgrow it. That should give him a bigger perch area. The top perch area also for small kittens only. So will probably remove too in a few months.
Really like this product

The cat condo arrived within a week of ordering it and it was pretty easy to assemble. The only problem I had was one of the holes where a ball-on-a-stick was to be inserted wasn't drilled deep enough so it falls out easily, but other than that, the construction of the condo itself is sturdy and the carpeting on it is soft. I sprayed a little catnip on it and my cat loves it! It is a way better value than what I could have purchased at petsmart or petco. I'd recommend this website to my friends.
