And perfect for cooking scrambled eggs with cheese and cives, or just crack a couple of eggs directly into the pan put a lid on and the whites and yolks will cook perfect on low heatI I bought this pan because it makes the perfect creamy soft light brown omelets. You do not have to use oil, butter or spray, it cleans easily by hand. When I cook eggs this is the only skillet I use.
