We have had a great experience with this dining room set. Installation was quick and easy, and the people putting it together were professional and thorough. I did end up puchasing an additional bench to make this set complete (I have two benches and 4 chairs) which makes it more than comfortable for entertaining! The only set back is the cleaning. I would not recommend this table for people with small children. We do not have any, but would expect this table to be difficult to keep clean. You need two seperate surface cleaners, one for wood and one for the glass inset in the middle. The glass is frosted and fingerprints are extremely noticeable, so if you have little hands crawling under your table, cleaning may beocme tiresome. Other than that, I have gotten nothing but compliments on the style and convenience. This is a great Dining Room set. The craftsmanship is outstanding and the assembly is remarkably simple. I would reccomend using a power screwdriver with a torque setting rather than the silly allen wrench that is included. It will speed up the process, save your hands from cramping up and assure that you get every bolt tight. In previous posts it has been mentioned that the chairs were somewhat wobbly. Uning a powerdriver will eliminate this issue. Also since there are eight chairs, if you are assembling by hand, I would almost garantee that some of the bolts would be loose. We bought this set just before Thanksgiving to host the family. We got continual praise for how practical and beautiful this set is.I am 64 and my family is all rather tall - a counter height set like this just makes sense. I would highly reccoment this set and I am very impressed with Wayfair - I will be ordering more from them in the future."..."  Read more

I had looked for a dinning set for more than a year, but I had always gone back to this set after comparing a variety of dinning sets online and in stores. I was still worry about its real look when I placed the order because I only saw it on the website. When it was delivered and assembled in early November, I was overjoyed, and could not be happier. This beautiful dinning set is in rich mohagony with hand-crafted details on table and chair legs, chair backs, and inlay patterns on the table surface (not shown on the website pictures). It fits my dinning room perfectly facing the entry foyer. Everytime I see it when I pass the foyer, I am very happy. My family (husband two kids) love it, too. I had a lot of compliments from my friends when I hosted a dinner party on Thanksgiving Day. I also bought a Antoinette curio with the dinning set, and very happy with it as well."..."  Read more

Love the dining room set! It's exactly what I was wanted - very good quality, heavy furniture. Delivery was on time and professionally done. We didn't think we had room for all three leaves so we only ordered six side chairs instead of eight and planned to use just two of the three leaves. This turned out to look kind of funny though, if the chairs are evenly spaced on the sides of the table then you can't push them under the table because they hit the table legs. Luckily, 4 chairs fit with two leaves so we are just ordering two more chairs. The other option would be to use just one leaf and six side chairs and this would look good too."..."  Read more
