Ordered this piece together with the TV stand from the same line and am reviewing as an overview of the whole line. The table and chairs are very nice and they do seem a bit larger then the usual set you would see in local stores as we shopped for a while before making this purchase. The item does seem of good quality compared to some of the other pieces but based on the ratings at Wayfair I would not rate it as high as it is. There are spots you can find on all pieces that have not been stained properly but the table and chairs are in much better shapen when it comes to that then the tv stand. Overall I would recommend it for someone looking for a good quality set at a decent price. One thing I want to make everyone aware is the color in case anyone is worried about pictures. The pictures do show a hint of a gray shade to the wood. Well, there is nothing gray about this furniture at all, it has a beautifull dark walnut color to it. Based on quality rating I would expect greater attention to detail though."..."  Read more

We use this with the leaf in our large eat-in kitchen/great room. Without the leaf the 6 chairs do fit, but the chairs are very large so it is better to have the leaf if you have room. The chairs are so stylish and comfy. The "merlot" color is not burgundy at all, just a nice dark wood. The table top is beautiful. We could not be happier. Chairs and table were simple to put together and packaged well. The boxes were HUGE and hard to deal with, though."..."  Read more

We could not be happier with our purchase. The table is beautiful, as are the chairs. And great quality. We use the table for everyday use and it cleans beautifully. Fingerprints easily come off with furniture polish. I was a bit nervous about the light color fabric on the chairs but so far so good. About a week after we received them my daughter got ketchup on one of the seat backs....it came right off. And great service from Wayfairs! The first table top we received had a minor imperfection in the veneer. I called to ask what we should do if it got worse and they said that they would send a new one.
