I order from [...] online. This was very hard to install. We tried to do it ourselves, then we called a handyman to install it, he just did what we told him to do. We did not understand the instructions nor did the hired help. The hired help took off the faucet twice. We had him cut unecessary hoses short and had to get replacements. We did not know if we needed to install the final filter. We did not install the 1/4 in blue hose on the faucet with the fitting. We call the hired help out two times. The second time is because we did not know what to do with the final filter. The next time he came out he intalled the final filter. He did not install it according to the instructions. At the end there was a leak after the hired help left. The next day we found our own way to make the final connection and stop the leak. It was the worse experience in my life. A lot of stress, screaming and blaming one another for the problems. No doubt the water taste great, but its not worth the aggrivation. I would rather buy the RO Pure from Watts Premier. There is a youtube video that shows you step by step how to install it. I have heard from many professionals and from Watts Premier that the RO Pure is not as reliable. Its flimsy or made cheaply or breaks down often. It took us about 5 days to get this one installed. I recommend finding a good professional to install it, who knows what they are doing."..."
