Pros: Great value on Wayfair especially on clearance (the condition was new though purchased on clearance), overall very good rolling backpack, seems durable so far, four main outer zipper pockets keep me organized, and padded computer compartment works well with my 13 inch Macbook Pro. Design flaw: the zippers seem durable but they keep getting caught on the protruding seams and seam lining inside the pockets and it's damaging the lining (I've tried to put a long-lasting tape to keep the seam from shredding and to try to keep the zipper running smoothly).
